RICS Homebuyer Survey

This is a report format set out by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is the intermediate form of a survey report.

We advise our clients that this is suitable for buildings built after 1930 as the buildings are constructed in a more modern and conventional form. Therefore, generally less detail is necessary in this instance.

All visible aspects of the building are reported on, including a visual inspection of the services and an Open Market Valuation. This is not as detailed as a Full Building Survey. Brand new properties can have this type of survey with a schedule of outstanding work included.
